Construction elements

Substructure part of project can be designed by SANA or other consultants. It will be executed using suitable formwork systems and with tested reinforced steel. All construction elements should be located using total station especially for anchor bolts to receive the steel structure. Finally, concrete casting will be mixed by machine mixers that give us good mixing and a perfectly required ratio.

Our Block factories support our projects as well as outside projects with best blocks in various sizes.

Different types of formwork system provide project with speed, saving time and cost and to achieve excellent quality.

Structural Survey using Total station

Since we are dealing with steel structures, this means we are dealing with millimeters and very delicate measurements. The total station is basically a valuable assistant to our team on site

Quality Control

All works (formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolts and concrete mix) must be inspected before and after casting and concrete cubes are to be tested by high technology machine in our labs.
